Meet the Team
Katie Harrison, Chair of Trustees and Spiritual Oversight
Katie has grown up and lived in East Sussex for most of her life. She has a deep desire to see Jesus glorified in this region and has invested into this vision through heading up the Hastings 24-7 Prayer team locally since 2007. She has had the joy of running key intercessory worship events, including Praise to the King in 2007, as well as Hastings Handel’s Messiah in 2016 at Hastings Castle. She has also facilitated inter-church prayer and worship relays.
She previously worked for the NHS for 17 years in Occupational Therapy, including supporting special needs children until November 2023. She currently teaches violin and works as a trustee and volunteer at Hope Kitchen, the local town centre soup kitchen.
Susie Molina, Trustee and Spiritual Oversight
Susie, a German national, has lived in the UK since 2007. After being part of a house of prayer in the West Midlands, Susie moved to East Sussex and became involved in coordinating regional prayer and worship events encouraging unity across the Churches. Over the course of this journey, her heart was stirred by the Lord to see a house of prayer established in this region where Jesus is eventually worshipped day and night with His presence evident in power.
Susie has been creating individually designed prophetic journals and cards since 2013 and has worked for the educational pro-life organisation CBR UK from 2016 to 2022 as presenter and head of national educational teams. She is married to Mario, an Ecuadorian national, and they live in St. Leonards-on-Sea with their young son Amos.
Enone Smit, Trustee and Spiritual Oversight
Enone is an intercessor who was born in South Africa and moved to the UK in 2001. She has been on many international prayer and intercession assignments over several years. She has also served on the leadership of Hastings 24-7 Prayer helping run town-wide prayer and worship events including the Hastings Prayer and Worship Batons and the Hastings Handel’s Messiah.
Keith is a retired Civil Servant who has lived in Hastings and St Leonards-on Sea all his life. He has worked in several different fields within the Civil Service, including payroll, computer programming and procurement.
Over the years, Keith has served in several churches in East Sussex, including as a deacon at the Tabernacle (Hastings). He is part of Calvary Chapel (Hastings) and serves on their prayer team.
Marigold Rivett-Carnac, Trustee
Marigold trained and worked as an Occupational Therapist with extensive international experience, having worked in five different countries. She married Rev’d Nicholas Rivett-Carnac in 1977 at St Mark’s Church, Kennington. There she supported her husband full- time in overseeing a diverse church community of about 500 people from many backgrounds and nations. In 1989 they joined Kingdom Faith Ministries to support the work there. From 1993-1997 both she and her husband were called to Ashburnham to help establish the house of prayer there. She also helped build and support the community in Ashburnham, with up to 50 volunteers there from all over the world at that time. Marigold also serves as a leader within the Lydia Prayer Fellowship and has been involved with the Coach House for many years.
Mike Scarlett, Company Secretary and Treasurer
Mike is a retired Chartered Accountant who lives with his wife Angy in Bexhill. He is very active in church life, and is part of Freedom Church, Sidley, where he serves as treasurer and trustee. He is also the treasurer of the Transom Trust, which is a local charity providing supported accommodation for homeless men.
Hannah Horning, Residential Intern
Hannah has a background in community living and over 20 years experience working with early years children. She also has experience working with homeless people through volunteering for local charities that support the underprivileged. Her heart is to see Jesus glorified and God move in revival power across Bexhill and beyond. Hannah says: “My prayer is to see the commission of Isaiah 61 become reality for the Church in these days.”
